All financial transactions, picking up checks, membership stamps, referral fees, appeals committee fines, work applicant/processing fees membership fees and more, are done at the Check Window of the Financial Center. For Financial Center access you must use the north entrance of the Union building.

Make sure you keep trake of your hours accurately. This will ensure that we are able to solve any problems much faster in the event your check is not at the hall. If you are missing a paycheck, or if there is an error on a paycheck, please contact Jackie Esqueda, prior to contacting the payroller. Please have the following information ready:

• Name of Steward
• Dates and hours you worked
• Hours you were paid for, if any
• Name of show and company

Jackie will contact the correct payroller and call you when she has resolved the issue. There is a procedure that must be followed to resolve payroll problems and following that procedure takes time. If you have already spoken to Jackie, please do not contact other office personnel about the same issue.

Members make sure you get your stamps paid. If you pay a year at a time you will receive a free union t-shirt. You must pay the full year to request a travel card. To buy your stamps all referral fees must be paid in full. Retired members pay $12.60 per quarter or $50.60 per year.

Members in good standing may pick up Payroll checks and/or Photo ID Badges after hours, between 5pm and 10pm. You need to call a head to dispatch to let them know you are coming.
